Beth-WebsiteBeth has a Masters degree in International Relations with a focus on conflict resolution. She has worked for the Departments of Community Services, Health and Immigration, and as a research analyst focusing on environmental issues like climate change and alternative energy.

Beth has been a small business owner and helped re-launch the Crooked River Winery Restaurant, however over the past decade her primary focus has been raising her three young children who currently attend primary school in Kiama.

Beth is passionate about protecting and empowering our children and youth, especially in the areas of childhood disability, youth mental health, and cultivating opportunities for them. She advocates honest, respectful and long sighted politics, that supports long term community and environmental wellbeing.

Beth is a strong supporter of community participation in local government and decisions that affect our day to day living. “I love the Kiama area and choose to raise my children within a village community and surrounded by so much natural beauty.”

Beth is well aware of the needs and challenges of families and in particular women in the area and is looking forward to working collaboratively with the people of Kiama in the future.
